Yamada Nishiki Rice from Tojo (Class A), Hyogo Prefecture is fermented slowly at low temperatures to create a refined, full-bodied flavor with lots of fruity aroma consisting of Green Apple, Japanese Pear, Starwberry, Orange Mikan. Best to pair with white fish dishes or Yuzu Hotpot.
