Ordering Process
At Nana Michi, we only source for premium Sakes. Hence, our Sakes are very limited in quantity. Please Whatsapp or Text for availability.

Please provide Sake Name and Quantity for order. We will check and provide update on availability soonest. Once order has been confirmed, we will send an invoice for payment and confirmation.

Payment
Please make payment as soon as possible or within 24hours to secure the order. Otherwise order will be automatically cancelled after that. Payment will be either by Paynow or Bank Transfer. Details will be provided on the invoice.

Delivery Process & Charges
Delivery charge of SGD15 per order for all orders below SGD250. Delivery charge will be waived if the order is above SGD250. Delivery will be within 1-3 days after confirmation of payment. We regret that we do not deliver to Sentosa, Jurong Island and Loyang Offshore. All Sakes will be delivered in chilled condition.

Self Pick Up
Self Pick Up requests can be arranged at United Square Shopping Mall daily from 7pm-9pm. Kindly inform when placing order.
