The most premium of the Zaku series. This Sake is a Daiginjo Shizukudori and is made by hanging the fermented sake mash (moromi) in a cloth bag, and carefully collecting the juice which drips freely under gravity, without any pressing. This method is extremely time consuming and is usually used to produce competition sakes.

This Sake has a gorgeous fragrance of jasmine and daffodil, with a subtle sweetness and a fresh acidity that harmonises elegantly. The fruity aroma is so robust that you can immediately smell it once the bottle has been opened. The bottle cap is also very special as it is made of glass. Good to pair with local Singapore food like Satay or BBQ Chicken Wings.
