Obuse Sakes have finally made it to the Top 10 of SAKETIME since 2022. Obuse Shuzo is a very small winery that focus largely on wine production in Nagano and only produces limited number of sakes (around 4000 bottles) every year during winter.
Obuse only uses organic Miyamanishiki rice with Kimoto method in their sake production.
This bottle uses No.3 yeast in its production and has a rice aroma with light nutty taste.
