This Sake expresses the distinctive qualities of blending through a richly layered and continuously evolving aromatic profile. The initial impression is delicate and transparent, followed by the emergence of fresh, juicy fruit aromas that gradually shift into softer, fuller, and more opulent notes. The palate is exceptionally clean and smooth.
 
While retaining the inherent sweetness and acidic finish characteristic of Kokuryu, it also clearly conveys a wide aromatic range, evolving from light, water-like fruitiness to ripe fruit tones, and eventually transforming into deeper aromas reminiscent of rice umami.
 
This is also the 1st time that Kokuryu participate in an Assemblage sake with 2 other famous breweries.
