This sake is made using the finest Yamadanishiki Rice from Tojo, Hyogo Prefecture using the Shizuku (bag drip) method. Usually breweries will use the Shizuku method for sakes that they want to enter into competition as it is both expensive and time consuming to produce sakes using such methods.

However, the end result is that you will achieve a very clear and beautiful sake which is also super delicate on the tongue. This is a very high quality and elegant sake.
