This is a limited edition Junmai Daiginjo which uses Sakahomare rice from Fukui. Full of aroma of fresh melon and multi-layered sweetness of rice, this sake has an elegant and transparent taste profile. It is also stamped with the word “gratitude” by Mr. Inamura and is used as a mark of Junmai Daiginjo brewed with “Sakahomare” rice produced in Fukui.
