1 of the 2 highest tier of Sake from Kokuryu. This is a Junmai Daiginjo Sake that is aged in low temperature and it makes the Sake more delicious and mellow with a gentle aroma. 
 
This is also a very exclusive seasonal Sake that is only released by Kokuryu in Dec every year.
