It's been 10 years since the "Volunteer Group" was formed, bringing together authorized Kokuryu liquor retailers in Fukui Prefecture. These friends, passionate about their hometown, continue to promote the quality of Fukui sake every day.
 
Kokuryu Sake Brewery and the volunteer group joined forces to create the Fukui-exclusive "Kokuryu Adoso," based on the concept of "Making the most proud Fukui sake with the most proud Fukui rice."
 
The first shipment was in June 2013, and since then, it has been shipped annually in June, exclusively to Fukui Prefecture.
