This Sake is a special one time release by Kaze no Mori to commemorate the official opening of their new brewery at Sanroku Brewery. A mountain warehouse located in the middle of a beautiful rice field that changes its color depending on the seasons and weather.

This time, the rice that was the ingredient of "Launch Edition" was grown exactly in the rice fields right in front of the mountain warehouse. This was a special situation where you can see the rice fields of the production area through the small window of the warehouse from the tank being prepared.
 
This Sake comes with a super limited Gold S Kaze no Mori Card. 

The finished product smells like pears and bananas, and when you put it in the mouth it has a sharp mouthfeel with a complex flavor caused by the energy of the earth in the Katsuragi Mountain.
