ALPHA2 from the Kaze no Mori ALPHA series with one of the lowest rice polishing ratio. A Muroka Nama Genshu Junmai. 

One of the most sort after Kaze no Mori in the ALPHA series. Massive aroma of Lemon Skin, Lime, Green Apple, Grapefruit. The bottle opens with gases trying to rush out and thus providing a light sparkling sensation as the Sake interacts with the mouth. As it slides down the throat, a sweet soury taste can be felt and then finishes off with a slight bitter tartness resembling grapefruit skin. Best to pair with ceviche or salsa dishes.
