Isojiman Brewery is voted No.1 Brewery in Shizuoka Prefecture by SAKETIME. This "Spring Breeze" is a seasonal sake and uses the extremely precious Tojo Yamadanishiki rice from Hyogo Prefecture Special A Area and in house sake yeast for brewing. 
It has a gentle and full taste like the spring breeze and as the temperature changes, the taste of the sake will become rounder, and the flavor of the rice will be relatively more prominent.
