Hiroki Shuzo is the most famous brewery in Fukushima prefecture. Currently, this is the 2nd most difficult-to-get premium label in Japan after to Juyondai.
 
This Sake is light, dry and fruity with aromatic ginjo notes of citrus. The aroma is refreshing and the taste is very clean and smooth. There is no alcohol feeling in the first half but towards the end, a sharp dryness spreads in a flash. After that, a superfine Umami is left on the tongue.
