This ia a dry sparkling sake aged within the tunnel of the Eiheiji Dam. The secondary fermentation in the bottle, which is usually conducted in the Garyu-to building on the Kokuryu Shuzo premises, was specially carried out in the dam.
 
The flavor profile offers a relatively light impression with refreshing acidity and a subtle bitterness. The finish provides a pleasant lingering aftertaste with a well-balanced nutty maturity. Enjoy its clear, dry flavor and delicate bubbles refined through aging.
