Aramasa, the highly acclaimed cult sake. This bottle is from their Private Lab series. As a Kijoshu, it means the water used to brew the sake is partially replaced with sake. 
 
The finished sake therefore becomes fuller and sweeter. Smooth and gorgeous in the mouth with condensed and rich aroma of ripe mango.
