Aramasa Color Viridian 
This Sake is the thickest and most powerful of the Colors lineup from Aramasa. Made using Akita's high-grade Sake rice "三郷錦, Misato Nishiki." The rice used is flat-polished to 50%, which brings out the best of Misato Nishiki's potential.
 
Aramasa Color Ash
One of the harder to get Aramasa Color series as the Aramasa Ash is typically not exported out of Japan and the production is rather limited as compared to Ecru, Viridian or Cosmos. The Kame no O rice used was selected in the Shonai region of Yamagata during the Meiji period and is renowned as the parent of many rice varieties for eating and sake brewing. It is the genetic ancestor of rice cultivation in eastern Japan and can truly be called a legendary rice.
