This Sake is the thickest and most powerful of the Colors lineup from Aramasa. Made using Akita's high-grade Sake rice "三郷錦, Misato Nishiki." The rice used is flat-polished to 50%, which brings out the best of Misato Nishiki's potential.
 
The quality of this Sake has improved in recent years, as most of the cultivation area has been converted to non-pesticide cultivation. The rich flavor can be fully enjoyed right after pressing, but it also has the ability to age for a long time at low temperature.
